Ember was born from a simple idea — that British cooking, done well, is as exciting as anything in the world. We work with local farms, landed fish from the North East coast, and suppliers we've known for years to build menus that change with the seasons.
Head Chef James Whitfield trained in London and Paris before coming home to Newcastle. His food is grounded, generous, and never trying too hard.
